Addis Ababa Project

This project started by conducting a detailed cause analysis with the objective of reducing the high fatality that is increasingly occurring on a major thoroughfare in Kara area (Wosen grocery).

Currently, the cause analysis and the possible remedies to reducing accidents on this road have been finalized and the project is awaiting approval from government authorities.

The project will involve making changes to lane markings, parking spaces, designing proper pedestrian crossing, controlled intersections, signage, methodologies for reducing speeding vehicles, and other general beautification works, enforcement, public awareness.
